When I bought my laptop, all I know is to surf the web, and that's all I do day and night. I was totally clueless on how computer works. Maybe I wasn't born in computer age. Probably, I am person who doesn't rely much on computers. It took me so long before I decided to buy my laptop. I wanted everything done manually but time has been pressuring me to meet all my commitments. I am a graduate of mass communication and my job requires me to do a lot of writing. They want everything typewritten. I am a slow typist because I don't use computer that much. As I have said, I prefer the classic way than the modern way of writing. Most of the time, I hire a typist or pay for a typing job when I need something typewritten.

I must admit that the technology has overshadowed the old fashion way or manual way of doing things. Web designers keep on growing because most people find the job profitable and fun at the same time. Imagine how much you will earn if you are a freelance web designer. If you are a type of person who loves the net with a creative mind and talent, you are welcome to the web designers club. If you're lucky enough, you can get to work with the big companies. That's a lot of bucks!

spam is an unstoppable problem that the internet continuously battle up to this time. That is why it is always safer to have a firewall or anti-virus protection to avoid virus from spreading on your computer which can lead to corruption of your hard drive and operating system. Hackers are so smart to deceive you with their e-mails. Sometimes, its so hard to distinguish the legitimate and spam.

I once met a group of web designers in our school before. I tried to conduct a small interview with them. It's one of the requirements at school. It wasn't easy for me to collate questions to ask them. Its really hard to do something that doesn't interest you. Anyway, I had no choice so I tried the best I could. I learned that the best part of their job is when someone appreciate and value their work. According to them, it wasn't easy putting all your ideas and formulate them to come up with a good design. I realized that web designers belong to the group of arts and sciences.
